Coffee first
Coffee first from the percolator on the gas stove. Then Ben and I raised the main sail first, then started the engine to weigh the anchor with the windlass. The tide carried us out of the North Edisto Inlet with a speed of 7 knots. The sea state was very calm. The SW wind was very light. The Bluetooth windvane stopped working. It took us 10 hours to motor sail to Bull Creek inside the Calibogue Sound. We have done this inlet three times before so we knew the buoys to follow. Although it took 2 hours to come in from the number 18 seabuoy with an outgoing current. There is a lot of ship traffic here at Tybee Roads and Savannah. We anchored up at sunset at Bull Creek. There's a dinner cruise boat from Hilton Head that always comes up this Creek but by the time we were settled in, the boat had made its last trip. So there was other no boat traffic during the night. It was a good night without any disruptions.

Beautiful photo of the tree and marsh!
